Micro Processor Computer (MICOM) Artificial Intelligent Sensor (AIS) Technology: This is installed inside the juicer and enables extraction intelligently and more perfectly. It helps us to get nutrients intact. It auto release the action of the pushing forward of pulp, excess juice and nutrients momentarily to allow much thorough extraction of nutrients and juice and separation of drier poorer pulp (the user does not notice its regular action except may notice slight back-up of fine food mixed with juice momentarily. This is not like reversing a forward moving vehicle but resembles slight releasing of the acceleration to allow a safer distance away from the vehicle in front. This allows for best filtering of juice to get most nutrient extracted. Automatic reversal functionality in case of emergency such as when foreign material injected or overly loaded, then it would  sudden stop the machine as an extra layer of protection to the engine, gears, sensitive parts and filter. It may very slightly slow juicing, but it will provide higher nutrition, vitamin, minerals, essential amino acids and an essential layer of engine, gears and filter protection from damage. Additionally, it auto-reverse  instantly when foreign material injected or overly loaded as an extra layer of protection to the engine, gears, sensitive parts and filter. The AIS technology feature is added only to Angel Juicer models Angelia series 7500 and Angelia 8500S. High Quality Stainless Steel Construction: Angel juicers are made of stainless steel which is approved by the FDA as a safe material for food containers. Angel juicer models Angelia 5500 and Angelia 7500 use Stainless steel 304 (18-8) mainly for gears and the filter. Angel juicer models Angelia 8500S uses Stainless steel 316 (18-12). Stainless steel 316 (18-12) a much tougher stainless steel and more difficult to manufacture. SCM4 Reduction Gear: Angel Juicers models Angelia series uses reduction gears made of SCM 4 material for transmission gears of cars treated by heat. SCM 4 materials has exceptional durability and spin the twin gears at 82 RPM producing 3 H-HP force. Cooling System: Angelia juicer series source of pride is its use of a special cooling system that prevents the motor from being overheated which makes it last longer.
